Comprehensive Care for All

This integrated approach allows us to address multiple facets of a patient’s health. For instance, as a chiropractor, Dr. Corey focuses on spinal function and alignment issues. Following his treatment, patients can work with our physical therapist to improve mobility and flexibility, evaluate their biomechanics, strengthen their musculoskeletal system and develop a personalized home exercise program so that they may receive the greatest overall outcomes.

Personalized Treatment Plans

The duration and frequency of treatment depends entirely on the individual. Some patients may need to come in a couple of times a week, while others may benefit from bi-weekly visits. Our physical therapist crafts treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique abilities and needs.

Innovative Treatment Techniques

Our practice employs a range of innovative treatment techniques, including

  • Joint mobilization
  • Manual therapies (Myofascial release or Trigger point therapy)
  • Mulligan mobilization
  • Fascial abrasion tool treatments
  • Cupping therapy
  • Progressive exercise programs

These various techniques are instrumental in treating different conditions and enhancing the overall well-being of our patients.

Dr. Emily WhitingMeet Our Physical Therapist, Dr. Emily Whiting

After a high school sports injury that required treatment by a physical therapist, Dr. Emily Whiting knew she wanted to become a physical therapist. She was amazed at how specific exercises and manual therapy allowed her to return to her sport within the same season and fell in love with the profession.

Emily attended the College of St. Scholastica, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2013 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. She also serves as a part-time adjunct faculty at the College of St. Scholastica Physical Therapy school.

Practice Experience & Personalized Care

Emily primarily works with the outpatient orthopedic population, treating various injuries and postoperative conditions. Her patient demographic spans from pediatric to geriatric individuals, reflecting the versatility of physical therapy. Emily’s approach emphasizes personalized care, education, and equipping patients with tools and techniques to manage their conditions independently.
